  1. Given the current debate about our economic pivot from China to India, and Luxon’s focus on “exporting NZ to the world,” I wonder how we are planning to tighten the regulations around offshore digital entities that are already deeply embedded in our sporting culture? I was reading an analysis on how international platforms, like this one for example https://guiadepixbetbrasil.com, manage to bypass local financial scrutiny while sponsoring major teams abroad. If we are opening up our markets even further, do we have any solid legislative framework to ensure these “partnerships” don’t just become a pipeline for unregulated capital, or are we just going to let the “free market” sort out the ethics of it all?
