Our AI went rogue and hacked another company, ChatGPT’s maker says
ChatGPT maker OpenAI says that its artificial intelligence system hacked into another AI company on its own in what the company called an “unprecedented cyber incident.”
“We had a significant security incident during evaluation of our models,” OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said in a statement posted on social media.
AI startup Hugging Face said last week that it had detected an intrusion into its data processing systems that it suspected was caused by an AI agent autonomously acting on its own.
“We suspected last week’s cyberattack might have come from a frontier lab, given the sophistication of the agent,” Hugging Face co-founder and CEO Clément Delangue said in a statement. “Turns out it did!”

I have a few suggestions born of humility, commonsense, arrogance and irony. Go to your switch board which is likely also where your electricity meters are then find the big switch labeled ‘Mains’ then turn that to the ‘off’ position thus fuck the robots and the privateer scum who now own our public infrastructure essentials like electricity. Then, go to the animal shelter and rescue a dog. Old musterer’s tip. Make sure your chosen pooch has a mostly black roof in its mouth. If it doesn’t, it’ll almost certainly be a loveable idiot.
Then, you and your pooch must stroll to a favourite sunny spot with a nice view and vitally, the absence of morons, then together, give no fucks.

Three fabulous choices – so hard to decide? However I believe the world has unleashed the AI Monster without sufficient investigation as to what it can actually do off its own bat! So I opt for AI. Trump can be ‘dealt’ with, Climate can be mitigated to a degree, but we don’t know enough about AI. I just hope it “eats up” its perpetrators first. Why are humans so stupid and so hell bent on self-destruction? Aren’t there enough problems in the world to face at present? Do we need to keep finding more? How ‘necessary or safe’ is your money now? Stop the World, I want to get off!

It may be that intelligence is a fatal flaw, which universally and about to on Earth, leads to extinction.
After all, sharks have existed for 450 million years without once wondering if there is life on Mars.
So, human ‘stupidity’/intelligence will kill us in one form or another.
We have the same problem they had thousands of years ago when the last verse in the book of Judges was written ” In those days there was no king in Israel; everyone did what was right in his own eyes.”
This planet is running out of time although there is a rescue plan which is available to anyone seeking a better life.

The Earth has been around the Universe for about 4.3 billion years (despite experiencing five mass extinctions in that time). It’s a bit late for any ‘rescue plan’ to be implemented now. 4.3 billion v. 3000 or so years is a very, very small percentage – about .000047%. A blink of an eye.
And what ‘better life’ will our youngsters have, with our planet burning more every day for anyone to see, and most people don’t give a damn?
Rump will destroy us first.
