The Bradbury Group Turns One | Martyn’s Final Word

This is The Bradbury Group’s one-year birthday — and Martyn Bradbury has a few things to say about how we got here.
Martyn’s Final Word — one year on
The Bradbury Group was born after funding was pulled from Martyn’s previous podcast. The reason? He wouldn’t stop criticising Israel for committing war crimes so extreme they technically breach genocide thresholds. And he refused to stop exposing the connections between New Zealand’s right-wing think tanks and the media and political class.
They thought that would be the end of it.
It wasn’t.
One year later, The Bradbury Group has tens of thousands of viewers across all platforms — YouTube, Spotify, rova, and Sky TV. Our thanks to every single one of you who came along for the ride, to Waatea News for their unwavering support, and to every comrade who shared, commented and kept watching when the establishment wanted us gone.
📌 What this show stands for:
⚡ Independent media that doesn’t answer to corporate funders
⚡ Holding the NZ right-wing think tanks and their media connections to account
⚡ Giving a platform to voices the mainstream won’t touch
⚡ The truth about Gaza, Te Tiriti, the cost of living and the NZ election
Here’s to year two. Here’s to the election. The revolution continues.
