The Horror of Israel’s Actions in the West Bank, Lebanon and Iran

Escalating violence involving Israel across West Bank, Lebanon and Iran is drawing growing international concern, with humanitarian agencies warning of worsening conditions for civilians across multiple fronts.
Israel’s escalating conflict across multiple fronts
As the illegal war in Iran escalates, there is a hateful spike in terrible violence by Israel on two fronts that are being eclipsed by bombing Tehran.

Settler violence in the West Bank
Across the occupied West Bank, there has been a new spate of settler violence in recent days. During the rampage in Deir al-Hatab, at least 10 people were injured – mostly by thrown stones, with one man shot in the foot.

Gaza aid restrictions and worsening conditions
In the Gaza Strip, a separate crisis has deepened in near-silence. The amount of aid entering Gaza has plummeted since the US-Israel war on Iran began, sending prices soaring. Only on Thursday did the Rafah crossing with Egypt reopen, under severe restrictions on the movement of people in and out of the Gaza Strip.
The World Health Organisation has warned that hospitals face shortages of medicines, medical supplies and fuel. Such price shocks follow previous months in which famine conditions had appeared to recede somewhat from the height of Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza, with humanitarian organisations – many of whom have had their operations in Gaza and the West Bank recently halted by Israel – worrying of a resurgence in famine conditions.
