The nicest thing we can say about Eru Kapa-Kingi beating up his punching bag while pretending it’s the PM

Groan
Imagine the bag is the PM, says activist Eru Kapa-Kingi – then he unleashes a flurry of punches
Activist Eru Kapa-Kingi has shared a video of himself punching a bag, which he told followers they could imagine was Prime Minister Christopher Luxon.
The video was shared by Kapa-Kingi on his Instagram page on Thursday morning, with the activist asking people in the comments to “let us know what/who you’re imagining the bag to be”.
In the video, Kapa-Kingi said people could “pick up the intensity” of their training by first imagining the bag was a concept they hated.
“If you want to pick up the intensity of your training, you [could] imagine that this bag is either, like a concept that you hate, like racism, or colonisation, or stealing of indigenous land,” he said.
Kapa-Kingi then said people could “make it more personal”, by imagining the bag was a person they did not like, specifically mentioning Luxon.
“Make it a person like, the current Prime Minister of New Zealand,” he said, before repeatedly punching the bag.
Stuff
Sigh.
Is there anything the Kapa-Kingi’s can’t manage to meltdown?
Their continued putting of their ego before the Waka sinks everything they touch!
Look.
Should we fight racism?
Of course!
Is this Government the worst ever?
Sure is.
Should we be inciting people to violence by pretending the boxing nag is the PM?
Of course we fucking shouldn’t!
The agreement by all parties who engage in civil society is that we park violence, intimidation and harassment at the door, the moment you espouse or incite violence, you are out of the debate.
This election is too important to allow the Kapa-Kingi’s derail it AGAIN.
The nicest thing we can say about Eru Kapa-Kingi beating up his punching bag while pretending it’s the PM is that at least this time he’s attacking National and not Te Pati Māori.
To paraphrase the great Jake Heke, “Too much hates, not enough read work’.
All he is doing is handing the Right more political ammunition.

He is such a thug- this is so embarrassing.
To top off a wonderful week for the Greens where they fucked up then corrected their financial policy yet again, one of their MP’s liked this turkey on Facebook
Put up a charity fight with Eru Kapa-Kingi vs Matthew Horncastle, the more senseless they knock each other out, the more money put in to charities. Two drongos with one stone.
