1. This should remind us that there have been some minor but accumulating errors in gummint. Here AI was supposed to put in one straw man, but actually did two.
   Earlier there were classes in speech presentation in the Method style, so they thought. but it was actually a NZ Initiative directive on neolib economics they had signed up to, with The Treasury explaining the method and how to put it over. Lastly the many mental health cuts resulted in a group of elderly bewildered citizens past their best,
   mistaking the institution on the Hill as their place and now they have settled in no-one can eject them, as being unable to cope with the real world outside. Sad but true.
