If the new move on powers are about ensuring safe interactions between the hopeless and Police, why not use body cams?

If the new move on powers aren’t about regaining selective powers to interview young people without a lawyer present, why not use body cams?

Seeing as many of the homeless have severe mental health issues, won’t Police interaction require extreme force causing possible death?

Shouldn’t demanding body cams be the least we can do to protect the homeless?

Why is it only selective videoing by the Police that will be allowed?

Why should police be able to record young people without a lawyer just because they are on the street?

If this is about safety and isn’t an attempt to gain illegal street intelligence, why aren’t we talking about body cams on cops?
