Brian Tamaki isn’t a free speech champion!
The Bish claims he was using free speech to criticise Churches being attacked by extremist Hindu Nationalists in India.
Ok, he has the free speech and right to be critical of that.
But then he called on his nutty cultist followers to purge Muslims, Sikhs and Hindus from NZ while calling on his nutty cultist followers to burn down mosques and temples.
Disgraceful and disgusting!
Free speech does not allow you to incite violence on others, and that’s exactly what he did. The Police shouldn’t just be turning up at his house to seize his guns, they should be arresting him for a multitude of existing laws!
There are 3 laws the Bishop has broken here:
- Incitement to commit an offence
- Threatening or intimidating behaviour
- and Inciting racial disharmony
We don’t need new hate speech laws, we just need enforcement of the existing laws!
For those attempting to defend the Bish for his Free Speech, note he already has a record of calling his angry nutty followers to break into a library and attack librarians for Drag Story time, so he has a record for leading Lynch mobs to incite real and actual violence!
Free Speech isn’t freedom to incite violence, you all know this.

Most of us would agree that Brian Tamaki is NOT a free speech champion but simply a bullying Con Man! Destiny is NOT a religion, it is a corrupt, deliberate scam to enable the Tamaki family to live, like parasites, off the backs of the needy who are looking desperately for something concrete to attach themselves to. Did you note the late model car in his garage, when the Police came to collect his guns? He is guilty of stirring the pot and has been close to causing a riot. Of course he has the right to have his say, but not to incite violence or cause a major disruption through his racial comments. Again, time for tough measures from this current govt. and a real need to gain control of this narcissistic con artist.
