The system stinks, is inhumane and needs to be changed a.s.a.p. we get no info about how many committed suicide not able to handle the stress and challenges. And what happened in Ashburton was not just a bad man going mad, I believe, there is more behind it. No wonder Bennett wanted another job than welfare minister in the end, I do not envy Tolley.
