Professor Newberry ilistrates that New Zealand tax payers have taken on unlimited liability. All that means is the holders of new Zealands 180 billion in derevitives gets bailed out first. By the tax payer.
There is a fix. Put the budget on a block chain to beam out changes to the government budget in real time, to every one with a smart phone. Just to add a bit of transparency and remove fees that fund this fraudulent behaviour.
