Gaza‘s growing death, injury and sickness

In Gaza during the past 24 hours (as above) 1 more Palestinian has been killed and another 5 wounded during Israeli air strikes and gunfire.

The total numbers of killed and wounded in Gaza by Israel since 7 October 2023 are now: killed 72,594 and wounded 172,404.

Since the start of the Gaza ‘ceasefire’ the Israeli Occupation has killed 912 Palestinians and injured 2,220.

The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza since 7 October 2023 is at least 77 and, that of those injured, is more than 184.

The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza since the ceasefire is at least 4 and, that of those injured, 11.

West Bank

Since 24:00 on 7 October 2023, Israeli Occupation forces have been imposing a complete closure on the West Bank, preventing residents, as well as other permit-holders, from entering or leaving.The Israeli military also imposes severe, and highly variable, travel restrictions on all residents.

Israeli settler attack: Ramallah – 16:40, armed Occupation settlers opened fire indiscriminately on homes on the outskirts of Al-Mughayir village.

Israeli Army attack and home invasions – 3 taken prisoner: Nablus – 14:30, armed Occupation settlers entered the northern outskirts of Jalloud village, opening fire indiscriminately and attempted to set fire to a home. They also petrol bombed another house. An agricultural building were set on fire and other property stoned. Several people were injured and one was admitted to hospital with head injuries from stoning. A child, Rayan Salham Zein El-Din, was also injured while Occupation forces intervened, firing stun grenades and tear gas canisters in support of the raiding settlers.

Israeli settler attack – 1 wounded and hospitalised: Hebron – midnight, Israeli Occupation forces opened fire on and wounded a man, Abdullah Amer Abu Ta’ima, near the Karma village roadjunction.

Home invasions and occupation – 8 taken prisoner: Jerusalem – Israeli occupation forces continued their incursions into the town of Kafr Aqab and the Qalandiya refugee camp, searching homes and taking prisoner eight people. Several others were interrogated.

Home invasions: Jerusalem – 02:50, Israeli forces raided Al-Ram, closing all entrances and searching several homes.

Home invasions – 4 taken prisoner: Ramallah – 22:05, the Israeli military raided the village of Shuqba, searched a number of homes and took prisoner four residents.

Home invasion – population control: Qalqiliya – 23:15, Israeli soldiers raided the village of Kafr Qaddum, invaded a house and ordered a resident, Shadi Abdul Latif Juma, to report for interrogation at Israeli Military Intelligence.

Israeli Army assault: Nablus – 03:20, Hamza Hassan Qatanani, a resident of Askar camp, was admitted to hospital due to bruises he sustained as a result of being severely beaten by Occupation forces during a raid on the Askar refugee camp.
