Gaza‘s growing death, injury and sickness

In Gaza, during the past 24 hours (as above), 2 more Palestinians have been killed and another 27 wounded during Israeli air strikes and gunfire.

The total numbers of killed and wounded in Gaza, by Israel since 7 October 2023, have risen to: killed 72,775 and wounded 172,750.

The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza since 7 October 2023 is at least 76 and, that of those injured, is more than 180.

Since the start of the Gaza ‘ceasefire’ the Israeli Occupation has killed 1156 Palestinians and injured 2,678.

The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza since the ceasefire is at least 5 and, that of those injured, 12.

West Bank

Since 24:00 on 7 October 2023, Israeli Occupation forces have been imposing a complete closure on the West Bank, preventing residents, as well as other permit-holders, from entering or leaving.The Israeli military also imposes severe, and highly variable, travel restrictions on all residents.

Israeli settler attack – agricultural sabotage: Nablus – evening, armed Israeli Occupation settlers invaded the Masoudia area, near Burqa village, and opened fire indiscriminately towardsresidents’ homes.

Home invasion – population–control – violence – injury: Jerusalem – 13:50, Israeli Occupation forces raided the town of Hizma, invading a house and interrogating several residents. One other resident, Muhammad Fawzi al-Khatib, was beaten-up by soldiers and the Israeli Army also issued demolition orders against three houses, a car–wash business, a carpentry workshop, a grocery store and a caravan.

Home invasions and plunder: Jenin – 05:45, Israeli Occupation forces continued their incursions into the city and its refugee camp, raiding and searching two homes, seizing jewellery from one of them and taking prisoner a resident. The Israeli military closed the Headquarters of the Zakat Committee, after seizing property from inside it, while Israeli troops also stole fertilisers and pesticides from a shop in the city.

Home invasion and vandalism: Jenin – 09:00-10:10, Israeli forces raided the town of Deir Abu Daif, searched a home and several businesses, as well as bulldozing a street.

Home invasion and demolition: Tubas – 10:15, the Israeli Army demolished a residential facility as well as a sheep-pen, in the Ein al-Hilweh area of ​​the North Jordan Valley.

Home invasions and occupation: Tulkarem – the Israeli Army continued its incursions into the city and also the Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, occupying buildings and homes, for use as military outposts.
