After attacking Sir David Attenborough, Matua Shane Jones now wants to remove last guardrails to his fast track mining grift

Matua Shane Jones, for reasons known only to the great Matua, decided last week to start a fight with legendary BBC Broadcaster and globally beloved environmentalist, Sir David Attenborough, by slagging Sir Dave off in his latest rant against RNZ where the most compromised man in NZ Politics fumed at any mention of how utterly compromised he is by his donors interests.
Matua Shane Jones references himself in the 3rd person so often he’s become 3 dimensional.
Matua Shane Jones is being very Matua Shane Jones about being Matua Shane Jones.
Why Matua Shane Jones thought shitting on legendary BBC Broadcaster and globally beloved environmentalist, Sir David Attenborough was the smartest tactic to use when attempting to defend the environmental damage of his donors is a moot point because other than Satan, Adolf Hitler and Darth Vader, who would attack legendary BBC Broadcaster and globally beloved environmentalist, Sir David Attenborough???
Matua Shane Jones trolling legendary BBC Broadcaster and globally beloved environmentalist, Sir David Attenborough, is a little like Trump getting into a fight with the Pope.
I mean like, sure, you could get into a fight with legendary BBC Broadcaster and globally beloved environmentalist, Sir David Attenborough/The Pope – BUT WHY WOULD YOU?
Can Matua Shane Jones stick to not slagging off Internationally renowned conservationists when defending the most destructive fishing techniques used by his donors?
Which environmentalist will Matua Shane Jones start a war with next? Jane Goodall, Greta Thunberg or Steve Irwin?
After attacking Sir David Attenborough, Matua Shane Jones now wants to remove last guardrails to his fast track mining grift???
Jones wants to strip fast-track powers from environmental regulator
Eighteen months after the coalition Government’s flagship fast-track consenting regime came into force, calls are building to rehouse it outside of the Environmental Protection Authority – with Resources Minister Shane Jones pushing to move it to a more development-focused body.
Jones, who brought the latest fast-track idea to Parliament, has wished for more ministerial power and stricter controls on public involvement to no avail.
Now he wants to see a major overhaul of how the regime – which is still the subject of scrutiny from opposition parties and environmentalists – is administered.
Newsroom
Let’s get this straight.
He brought in the Fast Track Powers to circumvent Māori, Community and Environmental concerns AND NOW he wants to remove the few guardrails left in place so that he can totally ignore Māori, Community and Environmental concerns???
HE WAS THE ONE WHO BROUGHT IN FAST TRACK AND HE WANTS TO REFORM HIS REFORM BECAUSE MINING IS STILL LOSING?
I mean there’s moving the goal posts and then rebuilding the entire stadium for a completely different sport.
The audacity to want to change the changes he made because he’s still not getting enough for mining is just unbelievable.
At this stage, it’s less a donor relationship and more like a hostage video with Stockholm syndrome.
Does Matua Shane Jones ever take a break from pimping for the Mining industry?
If Shane worked as hard for the common good as he does for his owners in the mining industry, NZ would be a better place.

Jones should stick to beating himself off at the taxpayer’s expense.
New Zealand Minister and MP Shane Jones currently [earns] an annual salary of $316,100.00 ( Based on an 8 hour day and before tax. ) That’s $6078.00 a 5 day week. That’s $1,215.60 a day. That’s $151.87 an hour
He wants to mine a primary industry agrarian-economy country while heading into a climate crisis which, as has been recently reported, far worse and far closer than we’d previously thought. You could be forgiven for wondering who’s up jones with a fist full of dollars.
Someone below might be able to answer that.
