  2. So a small business sells an item that’s not of merchantable quality and they refund the full price under consumer law and most of those businesses have no problem giving their customers a Fair Go.

    A big bank can charge a spurious fee, an incorrect fee, a mistaken fee, a false fee, a computer glitch fee, apply an incorrect interest rate, give your money to a scammer and then decide not to pay it back. Cool!

    Does that mean the bank is more powerful than the government?
