Ukraine claims it has evidence Russia fired an advanced hypersonic missile – one that experts say is almost impossible to shoot down – for the first time in the almost 2-year-old war.
This is a large escalation.

…because the next gen Western weaponry Ukrainians have been training on are now finally on the battlefield giving a momentary edge against the Russians.
The game Putin has to play is tight, all he has to do is wait until Trump gets elected in November for Trump to threaten Ukrainian war funding in exchange for an immediate ceasefire and peace deal, Zelensky knows this and will use his new Western weapons to cause an escalation like crossing into Russian held territory in an attempt to make Putin do something even more extreme too generate enough Western horror to pull their attention away from Gaza, unfortunately for Zelensky and fortunately for Putin, the Israeli’s ethnic cleansing war crime is so extreme in Gaza it make sit easy for Putin to look. moderate in comparison and raises the bar for Zelensky to gain Western attention.
Putin’s need to unleash hypersonic missiles is a mark of desperation and frustration.
Things are only going to get a lot worse.

So, Russia has used an advanced hypersonic missile for the first time, as opposed to the typical, lets say, unadvanced hypersonic missiles that they have been using since near the start of this conflict. Interesting. And Trump, the guy who gave Ukraine a shyt-load more weaponry that the Obama administration before him, yeah, him coming back will deescalate this conflict for sure….time for a morning Mangatainoka brew!
Russia and especially the U.S. have systems that they’ll only pull in the event of world war 3. They’re still testing to see how each side reacts and they’ll save it all to a hard drive and make there secrete weapons programs better.

The latest hypersonics have a couple of capabilities that should worry all of us with regard to nuclear war. First is that they have the range to strike anywhere with nuclear warheads and can’t be stopped. Second is that satellites can be targeted blinding defense systems.
This should be well known but maybe (just speculating) Russia has deliberately demonstrated to force the US hand in either Ukraine or Israel. Who knows, watch and learn.
