The way that factions start to spit at each other when there is ‘trouble at mill’ is one of the reasons that the people who profess to have concern for humanity and for each other, and the poor, and the conditions, can never get anywhere for long. The wealthy know what is important – stick together and keep the money and never give a sucker an even break, only appear to, and even then not for long. Using one’s brains is essential and looking at the perspectives from different angles will be necessary.

I know Right from Left. Have read Trotter for 30 years. Incredibly inspired by him in the day — vivifying in the dark days of the 90s. So, ideas matter for our cause, his posts lately are a fullstop.
Oh what Cause is that? Seems that if people are lefties in their category of politics, they often do what feels good to them – Be-cause….? There are too many causes for any one to offer a clear and practical and principled way.
