  1. By 2024 even the most casual observer could fairly note the Daffodil Appeal Collectors were getting a tad over committed in seeking streetside donations.

  2. Anyone who records this may be arrested?

    (I am still unsure of the law – Should we now tell others to “Please stop recording” as they maybe committing an offence?)
