GUEST BLOG: Bryan Bruce – A bit disappointing to see some people panic buying.

Just like last time there’s no need to rush the stores there’s enough food for everyone and it just causes a massive problem for the logistics people running the supermarkets if they get inundated with people.

But worse than that, it means that folk who are emergency workers or essential shift workers who go to pick up their groceries after work can find the shelves bare . And that’s hardly fair.

Please encourage people to think of others, keep calm, keep to their normal shopping routine, wash their hands regularly and wear a mask when out in public and we’ll all get through this much better – together.

And to those people who can’t think of anyone but themselves – my suggestion is you might think before rushing to supermarket to join a crowd. Because that just increases your chances of catching this life threatening virus.
