Shane plays to petty ‘tsunami of butter chicken’ bigotry while Labour defines the real issues behind free trade deals
Shane Jones throws red meat to the worst instincts — but the real danger is slipping through unnoticed. An India trade deal pushed by corporate interests, signed before the public ever sees the fine print.

Luxon claims support, then 5 traitors, then total support again – he’s becoming as credible as a non-orange Trump

Gawd Streth!
There’s a clamour and a cluster fuck of concern over Public Service Broadcasting (AS THERE FUCKING SHOULD BE)
But to take notice of the fucking boring old farts and BS spinners and tired old ‘experts’ who’ve ridden on the wave that’s provided their earnings for the past 20-30 years is to destine us to another 30 years of complete crap.
There’d be a Ralston (first up) and a Gardiner (I’ve paid my dues in the bubble), and a host of others. As a population of 4.5 mullyun, we can afford
– News and Current Affairs on radio and TV
– Music, Drama (in every realm) that reflects our identity
– A voice and vision for our children and generations following
– and a voice and vision for any and every minority that chooses to participate.
Ploise squeeky Irene, and Bill Ralston, and a shitload of others (maybe even Ja-oooody Keehlingheeeem and the rooster-necked huzzben Broin, just GO THE FUCK AWAY. YOu really are a big part of the problem rather than the solution. No doubt you’ll continue to pop up as NZullonEar, and Teevinzz, en Raid-Yo secktives in various forms,
but you should age, and reminisce, and die gracefully and stop pretending you’re the solution for the future. You’re nice to haves, rather than need to haves

“Who rules? Elected officials or the national security state? The fact this question is being asked reflects the dangerous times we live in. Governments collect intelligence to protect the state and citizens. Is intelligence now a political weapon of unelected stakeholders?
