  1. Yes, many NZders fell for this dumb rhetoric and now us rate payers are going to feel the squeeze even more.
    The rate increases are becoming unsustainable too many dumb dumbs thought Maaaaaari are going to steal the water, and local ownership was in danger of privatisation. Now we have a CoC government tramping on localism, the very thing National claimed was going to happen under three waters. Councils are now being bullied by central government.
