I absolutely agree with Chloe – yes NZ’s economy is definitely rigged in favour of the wealthy where the ‘needy’ pay the bulk of our taxation, while the greedy, self-entitled, smug spend up large – a very lotus-eating lot! We have reached this abysmal state through incessant greed and the lack of any real care for those whose remuneration has slipped way out of proportion. The middle and struggling classes are propping up NZ, not the banks, millionaires, corporates etc. while scoundrels destroy our country, rip off our IRD, contractors, staff etc. Make no mistake about that! Everyone who isn’t paying a fair and balanced tax is cheating us all. So stop employing Accountants etc. to limit your obligations, face them as you should!
