  1. You are correct. The UN has approved a plan which rewards the Gaza genocide, even if it stops short of explicitly endorsing it.
The Peoples Republic of China and the Russian Federation have made themselves complicit for pragmatic reasons. So have the Arab states. It is a sad situation, and a concerning one, which, as you say, means that all small nations are at risk of being bullied and ultimately devastated.
New Zealand is a nation that would be at risk if it departed from the craven abdication of sovereignty that characterizes the current government, and colonialist governments in general. We can assume that those governments know exactly what they are doing and know very well the brutality, greed, duplicity and amorality of the empire they serve. We might or might not charitably assume that they have taken the road of subservience to brute power in a misguided effort to save Aotearoa from the fate of other small nations that choose to uphold their own mana, such as Palestine, Cuba or Venezuela.
This much I think we can agree upon.
But what is the programme of action to go with the analysis?
“Reforming the Public Finance Act” can only be done through Parliament.
That would require the presence of a majority in Parliament who have a very different approach to National, Labour, New Zealand First and ACT.
Can we entrust this task to a yet to be reformed Labour Party, the Green Party, Te Pati Maori, or some new party yet to enter parliament?
Or do we acknowledge that parliamentary parties like Labour, the Alliance, New Labour, the Progressive Party, the Green Party and New Zealand First which have disappointed the hopes of tangata motu in the past will certainly do so again?
Don’t we need to look at radically different forms of political organization that avoid the inherently anti-democratic tendency of the Westminster system and its current MMP variant?

  2. The ethnic cleansing has already started .Soon Seymore will replace the govenor general and become the president and give himself massive power over everything .He will start by deporting as many brown people as he can in the first 100 days .Those remaining will be rounded up and fenced into a massive camp at Waiuru which will be built by those brown people .All Te Reo will be expunged from NZ and anyone using Te Reo will be sent to prison for life with no parole .All in the first year of his lifetime term .

  3. NZ has proven to be a pathetic weakling on the Palestinian genocide. We have pretended [again] that since there is a ‘cease fire’ the murdering and cruelty will stop. Israel, the butchers, have no intention of stopping the killing of innocent Paletinians. They are tunnel-visioned and their aim is to get rid of every last one of them, by forcing them to emigrate, murdering, or starving them. How NZers can simply sit and watch, is unbelievable in the extreme. Where are your hearts and souls, where is your moral fibre, your principles and values – or are the vital human attributes, like empathy, compassion, emotional depth, missing entirely from your psyche – sure looks that way? Support for Israel highlights and promotes an indifference to Palestinian suffering.

  4. IMEC refers to the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor, a proposed trade route to connect India, the Middle East, and Europe via sea and rail. It’s in competition with BRI why China abstained is beyond comprehension. Gaza plays a pivotal role in this project, MBS and Trump also have a stake in this project that why it’s important to get the Abrahams accord over the line.

This current Coc isn’t worried about law and order they’re bootlicking to Western imperialism Project 2025 unlimited immigration for Indians etc…

    1. F off Gaby. The atrocities have been dished out by the professional victim brigade for years.

  5. In the mean time the killers are being set loose on the west bank burning homes and killing more Palastinians in their own land .
The UN is impotent until all rights of veto are removed .

  6. I.r., apart from the content in brackets I thought you were referring to yourself in the third person.
