    “Today in Palestine:

Five Palestinians killed, Israel deploys more troops

Israel has deployed additional forces in Jerusalem and the occupied West Bank after its soldiers killed five Palestinians in the last two days, amid heightened tensions over US President Donald Trump’s Middle East plan, which heavily favors Israel.

On Wednesday night, Israeli forces shot dead 17-year-old Mohammed al-Haddad during clashes in Hebron (Al-Khalil).

On Thursday, Israeli soldiers shot dead two Palestinians during a demonstration in Jenin against the demolition of a Palestinian house.

The two victims were identified as a 19-year-old Palestinian student, Yazan Abu Tabekh, and Palestinian policeman Tareq Badwan.

A Palestinian citizen of Israel was also killed after he was accused of opening fire on the police near the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem’s Old City.

Badr Nedal Nafla, 19, was critically injured by Israeli soldiers during protests near the village on Friday evening. A live shot penetrated in his neck resulting in the cutoff of the main artery. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but died of his wounds a couple of minutes later.

Thousands of Palestinians prayed at the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, the third holiest site in Islam and a flashpoint in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

On Friday morning, Israeli police turned back busloads of worshippers en route from northern Israel to the mosque compound.

The rise in tensions came a week after President Trump released a controversial plan for the Middle East. five-palestinians-killed-israel-deploys-more-troops/

  2. A comment i have read speaks of the deluded “chosen people” choosing themselves to be the enemy of the rest of humanity.

A lot of people I have spoken with also disagree with Israel having any right to the genocide of natives or even having a foot on greater Palestine.

Its hard to argue for Israelis having rights when they deny others, distribute death and misery. and ignore international laws and UN rulings.

  3. Cue war in the Middle-East forever and ever and ever…
Well done, Donald and Benji. History will remember you fondly.

  4. Probably for the past so many Presidents of the United States and especially since Israel came into existence officially in the late 1940s I am sure the US will always kowtow to Israel.
Perhaps initially the US felt a sense of guilt for what happened to the Jews in the Holocaust and it’s likely that memory is thrust down peoples’ throats time and again as justification for Israels’ actions upon others.
But I am now wondering if say Donald Trump panders to Israel for two main reasons and those are: I believe Israel has the largest number of nuclear weapons on its soil than the US and; the US needs Israel as a ‘jumping off point’ for pending military attacks on Arab neighbours.
Not one American president past, present or future will stand up to Israel and condemn its actions upon the Palestinians.
As is expected of America and of course Trump they(America)will be observably quiet when it comes to human rights breaches that Israel is conducting on the Palestinians. And so in a way American is refusing to acknowledge the existence of Palestine. They(America)may say to the world they recognise Palestine but it’s only a token recognition. America will ALWAYS recognise Israel than it would ever recognise the right to existence of Palestine.

    1. Its a matter of money and power. Israeli affiliated / Zionist banksters control the media and the strong lobbyist organisations that dictate who gets funding for election campaign and who will be demolished through MSM if the don’t comply to lobbyist. Its a racket built up through the dynasty of banking, oil and the Privately owned Federal Reserve and kindred banking structures which control the world.
