Sanction Israel for genocide – nationwide protests this week

In the last few weeks the International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defence Minister Yoav Gallant for suspected war crimes and crimes against humanity and this week Amnesty International has declared Israel is committing genocide in Gaza.

None of these developments has moved the Luxon/Peters/Seymour government which maintains complicity with the US/Israel genocide through silence.

Nationwide protests this week are calling for the government to “sanction Israel for genocide”. They are outlined below.

  1. Israel’s military achievements are stunning
It is now the foremost power in the region and with Trump’s backing will go from strength to strength.

    • Hamas will surrender and hand over the hostages before Jan 20th.
They KNOW Trump will go after Iran….sanctions, strangle them economically and they will soon stop supporting the terrorists (Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthies).
Iran will be very quiet over next 5 years, as will funilly enough the Islamic terrorists in the ME.

    • Israehell backed by the Great Satan pervert Uncle Sam is fantastic at massacring women and children, destroying hospitals, schools and universities. It couldn’t do its hell destruction without U$$$ planes and bombs and finance.
It’s funny the things that get to you when witnessing the nightmare in Gaza, out of all the horrors you’ll see there from day to day. Today I saw a video of a six year-old Palestinian boy whose legs had been amputated dragging himself through his tent camp with the help of a roller skate worn on one of his hand, and it just about destroyed me.

Your morality Gaby is bestial cruelty will rule this World.

      • As an Occupational Therapist I find it almost impossible to imagine that a young child could have both limbs removed to such an extent (even if it happened a year ago), and be at the stage of being able to self propel like this without experiencing extreme levels of debilitating pain or having a long period of rehabilitation which would most likely be unavailable in this situation. This is either a fake video or perhaps the young boy was born like this.

  2. One thing I fail to understand is that with a supposed genocide going on for over a year now, more and more New Zealanders are opting to have ‘protest holidays’. I counted at least six towns/cities with no protests and no doubt this trend will continue as Kiwis opt for a summer break from caring about Palestinians being massacred (what is it- hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands?). I’ve noticed the totals have been sitting around the same 4o thousand for weeks now. Perhaps the ‘genocide is slowing sown and so protests are slowing down to. Perhaps there never was a genocide. Dunedin is now protesting under the heading that ‘Jesus was Palestinia’. Give me a break. Of course we all know he was born a Jew and leftists hate Christianity as much as they hate Jews. Perhaps next week they could march under the banner that Yasser Arafat was a Palestinian.

    • Well, when people who have little time for these protests actually take time to notice them, then they are doing their job – drawing attention to one of the biggest issues of our time – the ability to harm people without repercussion! And to do this, at a level where no one has the ability to keep an accurate count on the numbers being harmed too, typically in war time among relatively equal foes, counts are both taken and maintained over the course of the conflict. But here, where we have one of the most high-tech military forces in the world going up against a guerilla force, surrounded by millions of civilians, ‘living’ in a fenced in area, half the size of Auckland and shrinking by the day (Israel clears out Palestinians then seizes that land, every day) here, there is no contest, thus counting becomes a near impossible task to undertake, hence the near static numbers.

As for these protests, not a lot of protests continue on for as long as these protests have, especially in this day and age. Otherwise, Lefties hating Christianity and protest holidays, this is all new to me.

Still, back to the main point, when people can harm people without repercussion – then the world soon becomes their hunting ground. This is the logical consequence of what the world is allowing to take place today.

    • Yep, poor Gazans indeed, meaning, Israel will target/harm you, in the absence of Hamas. At least we don’t have to talk about that silly human shield ruse anymore. Its just – Hamas refuses (insert any ole excuse here) therefore you pay the price – people of Gaza – hence the lament – poor Gazans!
