At 07:00, 24 November 2023, the humanitarian truce‘ (temporary ceasefire) entered into force in the Gaza Strip. The truce will last for 4 days, subject to extension, including the release of a number of female and child prisoners from Israeli Occupation prisons and the entry of relief aid and fuel.

Since midnight on 7 October 2023, Israeli Occupation forces have imposed a complete closure on the governorates of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip and prevented citizens and workers, including permit holders, from entering East Jerusalem and Israel, with the exception of diplomatic and international missions and humanitarian cases.

Restrictions of movement: Palestinians in the Occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza are under relentless and extreme control over all travel and movement.

Air strikes and attacks: Jenin – 18:15, during an Israeli Army assault on Jenin and the Jenin refugee camp, an Israeli warplane launched missiles into a number of homes as well as an area close to the government hospital in both the city and the refugee camp. Firing live ammunition, rubber-coated bullets and stun grenades, the Israeli forces invaded homes, killing five people: Mahmoud Khaled Abu Al-Hayja (aged 17), Ammar Muhammad Abu Al-Wafa, Ahmed Hamid Abu Al-Haija, Muhammad Mahmoud Fahmi Freihat and Asaad Ali Asaad Damj. Another 14 people were wounded. Israeli Occupation forces also raided the government hospital as well as the Emergency entrance to Ibn Sina Hospital, holding up and searching ambulances. Two people were forced out of ambulances and taken prisoner. Israeli Army bulldozers then proceeded to destroy the area’s roads and infrastructure.

Israeli Army attack – youngster and adult wounded: Ramallah – 16:50, Israeli Occupation forces fired live ammunition and stun grenades, near the entrance to the Ofer refugee camp, towards people receiving newly-liberated prisoners, wounding two people, one of them being Muhammad Abdullah Jasser (aged 16) and the other, Amir Musa Mansour.

Israeli Army attack – youngster killed: Ramallah – 20:10, Israeli forces stormed al-Bireh, firing live ammunition and stun grenades, killing a 16-year-old youth, Muhammad Riyad Saleh (aged 16).There were several tear gas casualties.

Israeli Army attack – 3 wounded – vehicle set ablaze: Ramallah – 00:25, the Israeli Army, firing live ammunition and stun grenades in Beitunya, wounded three people: Nasrallah Bassem Awawda, Iyad Moatasem Hawarin and Muhammad Haitham Nawajaa. The Israeli military also set fire to one motor vehicle and damaged several others.

Israeli Army attack: Jenin – 12:30, Israeli troops, at the al-Jalama checkpoint, opened fire towards people at a nearby petrol station.

Israeli Army attack: Tubas – 17:50, Israeli soldiers, firing live ammunition and stun grenades, raided and patrolled Zeita.

Israeli Army attack: Qalqiliya – 18:45, Israeli Occupation forces opened fire indiscriminately, near the northern entrance to Azzun.

Israeli Army attack: Nablus – 14:55, Israeli forces opened fire towards a vehicle passing near the Rahalim settlement, on the road between Qabalan and Yatma village.

Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded: Nablus – 17:35, the Israeli Army opened fire near the village of Asira al-Qibliya, wounding a villager: Nasr Hatem Wassef.

Israeli Army attack: Nablus – 19:35, Israeli troops opened fire towards people near the Beit Furik checkpoint.

Israeli settler attack – 1 child wounded: Nablus – 14:05, armed settlers raided the outskirts of Burqa village, opening fire on homes and wounding an eleven-year-old child: Suleiman Hamed Suleiman Salem.

Israeli Army attack – 1 killed: Nablus – 04:00, Israeli Occupation forces raided the village of Yatma, killing one person: Uday Misbah Sanubar.

Israeli Army attack – 1 child wounded: Salfit – 11:05-13:00, the Israeli military stormed into Qarawat Bani Hassan, firing live ammunition and stun grenades, wounding a 15-year-old boy: Fayek Muhammad Fayek Salloum.

Israeli Army attack: Bethlehem – 16:20, Israeli soldiers opened fire towards motorists and their parked vehicles near al-Khadr, causing damage.

Israeli Army attack: Bethlehem – 20:40, Israeli Occupation forces raided and patrolled Tuqu, firing live ammunition and stun grenades.

Israeli Army attack – youngster wounded: Hebron – 15:35, Israeli forces, firing live ammunition and stun grenades in Beit Ummar, wounded a 16-year-old youth: Muhammad Rabie Muhammad Saber Abu Ayyash.

Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded: Hebron – 19:30, one person was wounded, by the Israeli Army firing live ammunition and stun grenades, near the entrance to the al-Arroub refugee camp.

Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded: Hebron – 23:05, Israeli troops, firing live ammunition and stun grenades, stormed Khursa village, wounding one person: Hamada Ali Jibril Al-Masry.

Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded: Hebron – 23:30, the Israeli military, firing live ammunition and stun grenades, stormed Surif, wounding one person: Firas Ibrahim Hamidat.

Israeli Army attack – 2 wounded and taken prisoner: Hebron – 23:40, Israeli soldiers, in the Farsh al-Hawa area, north of Hebron, opened fire on a vehicle, wounding two people: Aqel Khaled Abu Jahisha and Waseem Bagis Abu Jahisha. The pair were also take prisoner.

Israeli Army attack – 2 wounded: Hebron – 01:10, Israeli Occupation forces, firing live ammunition and stun grenades, stormed al-Dhahiriya, wounding two people: Laith and Sam Samamra.

Home invasion and forced personal demolition: Jerusalem – the Israeli Occupation forced a resident, Rami Abdel Rahman Al-Zeer, to destroy his home in the Jabal Mukaber neighbourhood – or otherwise be forced to pay an extortionate sum to the Israeli Occupation demolition squads, who would be sent in to do it.

Home invasion: Qalqiliya – 01:10, Israeli forces invaded the village of Kafr Qaddum and searched a house.

Home invasions: Nablus – 00:30, the Israeli Army raided the village of Madama and searched three homes.

Home invasion: Nablus – 01:45-03:30, Israeli troops raided the village of Talfit and searched a home.

Home invasions – population-control: Jericho – 22:30-23:50, the Israeli military stormed the village of Fasayil and searched a number of homes, detaining for a time, a man and a woman.

Home invasion – seizure and occupation: Hebron – 19:00, armed settlers assaulted a child, Issa Awad, upon his return home and forced him and his family out of their home, seizing the key to the house and threatening them never to return.

Israeli Army population-control: Nablus – 11:50, Israeli Occupation forces took prisoner four people (Alaa Al-Sharqawi, Salama Marwan Abdel-Jawad, Amid Al-Mughrabi and Jihad Salah Al-Aqraa) when they reported, as ordered, for interrogation at Israeli Military Intelligence.

Israeli Army agricultural sabotage: Hebron – 11:35, Israeli forces fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards farmworkers ploughing local farmland in the Shaab al-Butm area of Yatta.

Israeli Army armed robbery and population-control: Hebron – 12:55, Israeli troops seized a working bulldozer, in the east of Hebron.

Occupation settlement land grabs: Qalqiliya – Occupation forces seized and bulldozed land in the villages of Jit, Immatin and Fara’ata, and uprooted around 150 olive trees, for the expansion and development of the Havat Gilad settlement outpost.

Occupation settler violence: Nablus – 14:15, armed settlers, in east Beit Furik, assaulted a man: Ayham Zaher Qasqus.

Occupation settler arson – agricultural sabotage: Nablus – 22:25, Israeli settlers invaded Qaryut village farmland and set fire to a number of olive trees.

Occupation settler – agricultural sabotage and population-control: Salfit – 12:30-14:10, armed Occupation settlers invaded agricultural lands in the al-Shallal and Ein al-Adas areas, forcingfarming families from off their land.

Raid – 1 taken prisoner: Tulkarem – 02:50, the Israeli Army raided Tulkarem, taking prisoner one person.

Raid: Hebron – 22:05, Israeli troops stormed Beit Awa and raided a wedding venue.

Raid – 1 injured: Hebron – 23:05, the Israeli military raided and patrolled the village of Khursa, injuring a villager.

Raid – 1 injured: Hebron – 23:30, Israeli soldiers raided and patrolled the town of Surif, injuring one person.

Raid – 6 taken prisoner: Hebron – 04:55, Israeli Occupation forces raided the city, taking prisoner six people.

Northern Gaza – Occupation forces continued to storm and position themselves inside areas, north and east of Beit Hanoun, north of Beit Lahiya, and near Jabalia, the Jabalia refugee camp, as well as the neighbourhoods of Sheikh Radwan, al-Nasr, al-Rimal and the Beach Camp in Gaza City.

Gaza – Occupation forces continued to storm and position themselves inside Juhor al-Dik and the neighbourhoods of Sheikh Ajlin, Tal al-Hawa, al-Zaytoun and al-Sabra, south of Gaza City. They also took control of Salah al-Din Street and Rashida Street, where they continued to isolate Gaza City from the Central Governorate and the southern Gaza Strip.

Rafah – the return port, Rafah is open in both directions for the departure of wounded for treatment in hospitals in Egypt, and for the limited entry of aid, including medical supplies, medicine, food, fuel and cooking gas.
