The total numbers of killed and wounded, in Gaza by Israel, since 7 October 2023, are now: killed 72,568 and wounded 172,338.
Since the start of the Gaza ‘ceasefire’, the Israeli Occupation has killed 898 Palestinians and injured 2,177.
The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza since 7 October 2023 is at least 78 and, that of those injured, more than 185.

UN OCHA Humanitarian Situation Report – 23 April 2026
An updated mapping by OCHA shows 925 movement obstacles across the West Bank, including East Jerusalem – the highest number recorded in the past 20 years and 43 per cent above the two-decade average.
Since January 2023, 45 Palestinian communities have been fully displaced across the West Bank due to settler attacks and related access restrictions, including nine communities in 2026.
In Gaza, two years of escalated hostilities caused development to leap back by an estimated 77 years, a new European Union and United Nations assessment finds.
While major impediments persist, aid entry into Gaza surged considerably between 14 and 20 April, compared with the previous week, attributable, inter alia, to the reopening of Zikim Crossing.

West Bank
Since 24:00 on 7 October 2023, Israeli Occupation forces have been imposing a complete closure on the West Bank, preventing residents, as well as other permit-holders, from entering or leaving.The Israeli military also imposes severe, and highly variable, travel restrictions on all residents.
Israeli settler attack – vandalism: Nablus – armed Israeli Occupation settlers, shooting indiscriminately, stormed the village of Madama, vandalising vehicles on the village bypass road.
Israeli Army attack – 1 child killed – home invasions: Nablus – 07:10, Israeli forces, firing live ammunition, stormed the city, invading homes and shooting dead a 15-year-old boy: Youssef Sameh Abdul Raouf Ishtayeh.
Israeli Army attack – 1 youngster beaten and injured: Nablus – 12:15, the Israeli Army, firing live ammunition, stormed the village of Madama, beating and severely injuring a 17-year-old youth, Watan Bashir Faisal Nassar, as well as one other person. Ten residents were taken prisoner.
Israeli Army attack on refugee camp: Hebron – 20:05, Israeli troops, firing live ammunition, stormed the Al-Arroub refugee camp.
