‘I thought I was dying but not yet’: Billy Te Kahika recovering after heart attack
Billy Te Kahika says he is “starting to improve” after suffering a heart attack earlier this week, and is celebrating his birthday with fresh resolve to “complete the journey”.
In a Facebook post on Friday night, his family had said he had developed fluid on his lungs, and doctors had found another blocked artery, but an updated post on Saturday from Te Kahika himself said he had improved.
“I am starting to improve after a significant positive turn overnight. I also wanted to say how deeply touched beyond measure and to tears my wife and I have been by the messages of care and support. And no – I didn’t quietly get the ‘jab’,” a post made on Saturday afternoon stated.
He told followers he wanted to complete work on a documentary about the Covid vaccine and then start full-time ministry.
“It is important to me to complete the journey for freedom and accountability I started with many of you six years ago,” he wrote.
The update came after Te Kahika was flown to Auckland City Hospital by helicopter on Thursday.
His wife, Corrin, said on his Facebook on Thursday evening, that he had suffered a heart attack.
“Dear Facebook friends – Billy has been rushed by helicopter to Auckland and has suffered a heart attack. We appreciate your prayers and will keep you updated,” the post said.

When I first heard that Billy was being flown by Helicopter to hospital I thought, ‘does he believe in gravity?”
Then when I heard he was requiring urgent medical attention I thought, ‘does he believe in medicine?’
Then I heard he believed he’d been saved by God to complete his anti-vaxx documentary and I thought, ‘what doesn’t this fruitcake believe in’?
It seems very funny that Billy Te Kahika is saved by the medical science that he doesn’t believe in.
Why didn’t God save him from the heart attack in the first place? If Jesus is in his corner, wouldn’t Jesus have magically finished Billy’s doco for him?
I’m really really really hoping that Winston reaches out and offers Billy a place on the NZ First party list.

How has this beautiful country produced such a line-up of malicious, cruel, sadistic, hateful people? Ones who actually want to stand up in public and admit to being complete creeps.
Plus those who support them. I’ve met a few who might fall into this category, bent and twisted individuals who ‘were born angry’ as they say.
We seem to have plenty of candidates wanting to stand up for the Personality Disorder Parties on the right.

Did you see video reports of their convention? Big dark room, a few spotlights or whatever dotted around. All very ‘mysterious’ but more than that. ‘Dark and threatening’ would be my description.
The darkness probably to disguise the fact that it was basically empty and there weren’t many women there.
