Yes it is true red Buzzard and they are wrecking our future by playing with nature at our expense.
The problem with the theory that radio can be used in that way is, people who know little about radio might take it that the assertions are true.
HAARP is another subject a lot of ignorance is attached to in discussions about its role and capability.
Relying on assertions without a sound basis which is well tested and reference with scientific peer reviews, leaves a reader open to all sorts of myths without foundation.
Question everything and look for solid evidence not assertions, conjecture and quotes of unsubstantiated material, given weight by being widely quoted.
Photo shop is a powerful tool.
I am not knocking the possibility that some have played with seeding but evidence is needed and corroboration, then rigorous testing of those observations and information constructed.
Being off track is a waste of time and effort so test every part of what is thrown at you.
Radio is not magic and its nature and possible effects are well established. Confusion of terms and made up scientific terms are a dead give away. Beware.
