  1. Nothing new, really, thanks Bravery, for reminding us!

Remember also, what goes on in the Mid East, which the MSM never inform us about:
    http://www.idexuae.ae/

The arms merchants do good business there, it is the most promising arms trade prospects in all of the world there, to be found there. NZDIA will be there also, with their various members, I trust.

As for all the hype about the “liberation of Mosul”, which we will witness in bits via MSM news over the coming weeks or even months, it will perhaps rid the city from IS, but the next battles are already being prepared for, that is for control of Mosul, the whole province and region, the city of Kerkuk, Kurdistan, North Iraq, the areas south of the Turkish border.

Turkey has its agenda, so do other interest groups and states there, of course also the mostly Shia controlled government in Baghdad:

  2. That all looks pretty accurate to me, Leslie.

I won’t be holding my breath for any change for the better.

NZ has been morphed into a fascist police state, and is now deeply embedded in the Rothschild international banking empire and the America industrial-military complex, so the government can be relied on to do the wrong thing, internationally, morally and with respect to the welfare of the NZ populace, and to increase the repression that is emerging in NZ, as conditions continue to deteriorate (be made worse) almost everywhere.

Just waiting for Key to announce: “You’re either with us or are with the terrorists” (as per GW Bush’s phony narrative immediately after the demolition job). Being for truth, for justice, for sustainability, for the rule of law, or even for sanity, are not allowable options as far as this government is concerned.

      1. Any foreign, hostile power could easily take over New Zealand, without needing all that much in arms, as New Zealand is totally dependent on Australia, the US and other allies to defend it, should it ever be attacked for whatever reason.

That is why Key and his government are keeping close ties with Obama, with the US government, with the military and spy services there, and with the vested interest holding elite.

To really defend itself, every capable “Kiwi” would have to be trained in armed combat and be equipped with a minimum set of arms and ammunition, similar to what the Swiss do.

But as that is not wanted, we continue with playing the game with the Five Eyes network, bend over backwards to the US and try trading more with China at the same time, which will not work well at all for the medium to longer term future.

New Zealand has little credibility when it comes to defence policy, it is a joke, kind of, what goes on.

And the government even tries to keep secret and deny SAS involvement in the fight for Mosul and with activities in Syria. Most out there are too busy shopping in the malls, doing some diy jobs at home, with the weekend BBQ, with some entertainment and what else may come to mind. Defend the country, ahem, we have our “army” and “navy”, have we not?

Uncle Sam loves this, we are easy prey, to use for their ends.

  3. Great article.
It always amazes me how we have to skirt around the topic of Zionism. It’s a bit like Voldemort – always brewing away in the background but not allowed to be mentioned.
I blame the USA for letting( no- making) it all happen. The “Wall St” connections between the rich and powerful Jews and Christians should be utterly exposed, totally ridiculed and thoroughly destroyed. These pricks are leading us to Armageddon because of their crappy man made first testament giving the Zionists the ‘right’ to be cruel, dominating, aggressive ….. the world’s biggest arseholes.

  4. I submitted two comments this morning. One a reply and one a longer comment with links.
I see neither now and the short reply was put up and then removed.
This may be due to my putting another email address up – by mistake.
If so can you please realize the mistake and now I am submitting this comment with the correct email address and requesting that you please put up the one comment and one reply submitted earlier today. Thanks.

  5. What New Zealand needs are more links with powerful allies and this global defense symposium will help New Zealand forge important alliances with our more powerful allies.

Anyone that thinks differently has his/her/its head in the sand.

New Zealand does not have the earning capacity, nor sadly enough debt capacity, to buy its own defense and attack capabilities. Public-private-partnerships in New Zealand’s defense will keep us safe, just in case our terror-watch GCSB misses something.

And for you tree-huggers out there, I don’t mean that McDonalds or Starbucks will fund NZ’s defence forces. There is plenty of money in ACC and in the NZ Super Fund to substantially co-fund with major sponsors, this sort of long-term, strategic armaments spend.

And for you kumbaya, hippy-trippy voters out there, a vote for National, ACT, United Future and the Maori Party, will keep our shores safes from terrorism for the foreseeable future.

Having an armaments conference in November will tell the world that New Zealand is a force to be reckoned with in the South Pacific. Appeasement with Frank from Fiji, has also given New Zealand another strategic port to monitor the South Pacific, along with its close allies, USA and China.

So its a win-win-win for NZ. It’s good for tourism to bring those delegates to New Zealand also.

    1. “Having an armaments conference in November will tell the world that New Zealand is a force to be reckoned with in the South Pacific. Come on David, what drug are you on, to write such nonsense?

New Zealand a force to be reckoned with, by hosting an arms peddlers conference? You have to be kidding. I wonder what “force” other places represent, that simply hold some conference for commercial and other purposes?

Hosting any such event does not reflect on the locality being more than a host, a servant nation, so to say, to facilitate the holding of the conference, to cater for the diplomats, the salespeople, buyers, “experts” and so on, by serving them some food, offering beds to sleep in, and strip clubs and brothels for the after hour attendance of some of the usual creed that come with such events.

As for “close allies” “USA and China”, how are you going to go to bed with two bedfellows, who distrust each other, and who do not see eye to eye on so many things, including how New Zealand flirts as an unfaithful bitch (excuse the word)?

  6. your right of course – its all just rhetoric of the highest order they don’t even answer to or abide by their own fiction
