On the opening moves of the war, right after they bombed that Iranian school and killed 165 school girls, right after that, they killed the Ayatollah and his negotiating team who were meeting to discuss the last round of talks with America.
They killed the new Ayatollah’s wife, son, dad, brother and we maimed him horribly, but what the Iranians learned was that shutting down the Strait was a greater weapon than a nuclear bomb and all their army and navy put together because the only way to force war criminals like Netanyahu and Trump to back down is by damaging the one thing they are both servants to, rich people.
How war with Iran could strengthen the regime
The global shock to the economy this illegal war has created allows the Iranian regime a once in a lifetime opportunity for legitimacy in the eyes of the Iranian people.
If Iran can negotiate reparations to rebuild all that America and Israel have damaged alongside the lifting of the crippling economic sanctions, then the regime will gain legitimacy in the eyes of the Iranian people they repress!

Interesting parallels to the situation with Russia. Until 2022 everyone thought the “Russian steamroller,” to use an old expression, could not be stopped from chugging over the top of a medium-ranked opponent, and then we found it could. So likewise now with the US as a superpower. The common denominator is the rise of drones and precision missiles. Ever since the 1970s, people have been saying that these would render defenders almost impregnable to being steamrollered. I’d be interested to know what Ben Morgan thinks of that analysis.
It’s way past time for the rest of the world to combine, and instead of sitting on their hands, rid us of this egotistical, murdering mad man who has no common sense or human decency.
