When you saw Joe Biden in that debate with Trump and witnessed first hand how extreme his decline had been since you last saw him, Taine is a touch ‘Bidend’ isn’t he?

You get the feeling that someone cuts up his food before he eats it.

Each interview he did, he seemed concussed. I would be quite surprised if voters actually vote for that once they see that decline in person during debates and speeches.
