Nicola Willis is calling Labour’s willingness to discuss increasing the Reserve Bank’s inflation target “insane economic illiteracy”. Labour says that’s a “massive misrepresentation” of their stance.
Labour’s finance spokesperson Barbara Edmonds – a former tax lawyer – this morning said the party was “open to a discussion” about lifting the 2 percent midpoint of the RBNZ’s target to 2.5 percent.
The specific requirement for the Reserve Bank is to target getting inflation between 1 percent and 3 percent. Australia’s target midpoint is 2.5 percent, with the band being between 2 and 3 percent….

    Constipated thinking.

Towards a cashless society under the control of internet monsters who want to own us How to take over a whole country without shedding blood – seduce their administrators who have been given power in good faith expecting them to use it well and for the people’s advantage.

Meanwhile just getting to use one part of the transport to access places and things needed for life requirements is difficult. Why would we want everything run by the net or plastic or whatever – facial recognition, shape of noses,? Mister leave those Kiwis alone!! I don’t need or want your complex complicities in my life buggering it up for me and all those around me.

A signal fault has led to trains between Wellington and the Hutt Valley being canned during rush hour on Tuesday evening.
The Metlink website said services started being affected by mechanical issues at around 4.20pm.
A KiwiRail spokesperson told RNZ signalling issues were affecting multiple stations on the Hutt Valley Line which was causing disruption to peak services.
“We know that outages are frustrating, especially as people are trying to get home..

    Mine is inexorably.

Every time you access your card through the system it makes more options for scammers. Are they wanting to have contactless prices so you just shove in your card to your savings account and get charged this month’s exorbitant rate?

Cash the people’s economy. Keep it going, the Post office, etc. We used to believe we had a good country for us, now we are just a resource. My place is getting over run with ants and I have to get an exterminator. Will that be how those at the top so distanced from other people that they can own a whole country – will they view us as dispassionately as ants. As Germans were induced to view Jews? If it happened once…. And by doing so it proves how malleable we are to control and coercion and lack of cohesion with our fellows. JKRowling has Prof Dumbledore telling Harry that he can never be turned to the dark side as he knows how to love. But reading some of the comments on Tom Phillips over the years. not just now, they are so cold and scathing, so judgmental. I think people can be trained unaware, how to bite like dogs and be menacing.

Abraham Accord between Israel and the Middle East dictatorships and autocracies was supposed to lock down US control of the Middle East
