Since dawn, Israeli air strikes, missile launches and gunfire on homes, as well as medical and other facilities, have resulted in 118 dead and 142 wounded. Civil Defence crews retrieved three more bodies from bomb-destroyed buildings, bringing the total number now killed in Gaza, since 7 October 2023, to at least 57,130. The total wounded is now at least 135,173. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza is at least 89 and, that of those injured, is more than 212. A UN report states that, as of 14 January 2025, around 70% of those killed in Gaza were women and children.
PSNA refers Aotearoa New Zealand Government Ministers and business leaders to the International Criminal Court
The Palestine Solidarity Network Aotearoa has just filed a referral to the International Criminal Court in the Hague. It accuses four New Zealand Government Ministers and two business leaders of criminal complicity in war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide by assisting Israel’s mass killing and starvation of Palestinians in Gaza.
West Bank
Since midnight on 7 October 2023, Israeli Occupation forces are continuing to impose almost complete closure over the West Bank, preventing access to Jerusalem and Israel, with exception available to diplomatic and international missions as well as occasional humanitarian need cases.
Israeli Army attacks – refugee camp: Jenin – Israeli Occupation forces, firing live ammunition, continue to storm the city and the refugee camp, accompanied by the firing of live ammunition at civilians.
Israeli Army attack – home invasions: Jenin – evening, the Israeli Army, firing live ammunition, raided the town of Araba and invaded a number of homes.
Israeli Army attacks – refugee camps – robbery – 8 taken prisoner: Tulkarem – Israeli forces, continuing their storming and firing of live ammunition in the city as well as in the Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps. Many homes were raided and searched and many Occupied with others turned into military posts. Eight people were taken prisoner. One householder, in the Shweika suburb, was robbed of cash by Israeli troops. Fifty residents were allowed back into their homes, in order collect personal property before being forced out before their homes were to be demolished.
Israeli settler terrorism – armed terrorism: Bethlehem – 00:40–02:00, armed Israeli Occupation settlers opened fire indiscriminately among the homes of al-Minya villagers.
Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded: Bethlehem – 01:25, Israeli troops opened fire on a truck driver, Jihad Nasser Abu Bakr, near the entrance to east Beit Sahour, wounding and hospitalising him.
Israeli settler terrorism – armed terrorism: Bethlehem – 01:30, armed Occupation settlers invaded the outskirts of Kisan village, opening fire near the home of a villager, Hassan Al-Aramin.

Home invasions – stun grenades fired: Tubas – 21:40–05:35, Israeli forces, firing stun grenades, raided the town of Aqaba, invading homes and taking measurements of a prisoner’s house, to prepare for its demolition.
Home invasion and demolition: Tulkarem – 09:45, the Israeli Army demolished a house in the western area of the Shweika suburb.
Home invasion – robbery: Tulkarem – 03:10, Israeli troops robbed a householder, Khaled Freij, of cash while raiding his home in the Shweika suburb.
Home invasion: Qalqiliya – 18:15–22:40, the Israeli military raided the village of Far’ata and invaded a house.

Occupation settler armed home invasion and population–control: Jericho – evening, armed Occupation settlers stormed the Arab al-Maliha community in the al-Mo’arajat area and raided the home of Muhammad Ali al-Malihat, forcing him and his family to leave the house at gunpoint. They then destroyed and vandalised the contents of the home and stole 60 sheep as well as fodder.
Occupation settler home invasion and population–control: Jericho – dawn, Israeli settlers again stormed the Arab al-Maliha community, raiding the home of Suleiman Musa and terrorising him and his family to leave their home. The settlers then smashed the doors and windows and vandalised everything inside the house.
Home invasion and forced personal demolition: Bethlehem – 17:20, the Israeli Occupation forced a resident, Raafat Al-Maqdisi, to destroy his home, in the village of Beit Tamar – or otherwise be forced to pay an extortionate sum to the Israeli Occupation demolition squads, who would be sent in to do it.
Home invasions – 1 taken prisoner – robbery: Hebron – 21:10, Israeli forces raided the town of Beit Ummar and searched two homes, seizing one householder’s motor vehicle and taking prisoner one other.
Israeli police and settlers’ mosque violation: Jerusalem – 08:00, Israeli settlers, escorted by Occupation police, invaded the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and molested worshippers.
Israeli Army agricultural sabotage: Tulkarem – 09:45, Israeli Occupation forces demolished a number of greenhouses, in the western area of the the al-Shuweika suburb.
Israeli Army assault on hospital: Tulkarem – 22:20, the Israeli Army invaded the Government Hospital and searched the Emergency Department.
Israeli Army population–control and robbery: Nablus – 00:15, Israeli troops stopped and searched a motor vehicle,on the Yitzhar settlement bypass road, and robbed the owner of cash to the approximate value of $US7720.
Israeli Army agricultural sabotage: Bethlehem – 10:55, the Israeli military demolished an agricultural facility, in the Ein al-Balad area of Husan village.
Israeli Army population–control and robbery: Hebron – 09:30, Israeli soldiers prevented residents from renovating their homes in the Old City and seized the required construction material.
Israeli Army – children terrorised: Hebron – Israeli Occupation forces raided a kindergarten on Shuhada Street in the Old City, where approximately 70 children were attending a summer camp,and detained a number of workers, smashing one staff member’s mobile phone.
Occupation settlement development: Nablus – 13:20, Israeli Occupation settlers installed livestock shelters on land in the Jabal Qarqafah area, south of Aqraba, after having previously bulldozed crops.
Occupation settlement development: Jericho – 17:45, Israeli settlers set up camp for a new settlement outpost in the al-Mo’arajat area, northwest of Jericho, bringing in sheep and installing a livestock shelter. They also brought in mattresses and blankets and fenced–off the area.
Occupation settler population–control and domination: Tubas – Israeli Occupation settlers forcibly displaced six families in the al-Faw area of the North Jordan Valley, by settlers starting to seize complete control of the area.
Occupation settler armed terrorism: Tubas – 17:15, armed Israeli settlers, driving two motor vehicles, pursued and terrorised farmers and shepherds in the al-Maleh area of the North Jordan Valley.
