    How can that be? How much is being paid out of capital to buy new tech machinery to replace people, how much to consultants? I can’t bear to read in detail and peer around the blocking portals of chicanery that I feel likely to be in large chunks.

    How is the paperwork going at the intersection of private providers, insurance etc and the government milch cow? That’s where much money flows in the USA and our people’s tongues are hanging out for the same, at least the dirty big dogs pushing for PPPs.
