  1. Lots of travel in the years ahead. New Zealand will no doubt continue to succeed in the tourism sector. It is manufacturing needing urgent attention. They can’t keep staff because of old buildings, training is sub par, and staff morale average or worse than average. I know it’s a generalisation but, to tens of thousands of workers in this country, which is still a little country really, it is true.

  2. A government of quiet achievers. Given the polls and media hysteria one would think NZ is a failed state. Hopefully, by the election, voters will realize just how competent the government has been – especially on the economy.
