Chloe has to stare down Darleen Tana and the They/Thems

This is sad and desperate now…

Darleen Tana off to the Court of Appeal to argue for her place in Parliament

Independent MP Darleen Tana will go to the Court of Appeal to argue for her place in Parliament, according to her former colleagues at the Green Party.

The Green Party, in a statement, said it had been notified of Tana’s intention to appeal the High Court ruling, which threw out her claim that the party acted unlawfully during its investigation into her connection to allegations of migrant worker exploitation.

That High Court claim was Tana’s bid to save her career as an MP, as the Green Party was set to meet to discuss whether to invoke the “waka jumping” law. That rule allows parties to kick out MPs who have left the caucus but continue to sit in Parliament as independents.

However, according to the Greens, Tana’s latest court action will not delay their plans. The party was scheduled to meet on Thursday, holding a special meeting with party delegates, to discuss whether to try and kick Tana out of Parliament.

…this madness needs to end now.

The Party membership have to trust Chloe to use the waka jumping legislation to finally cauterise this mess.

Chloe needs 75% and I think the amount will be close to 90%.

The uber woke clique supporting Darleen have to ask themselves if this is really worth destroying the Greens over.

Drop the hammer, it’s time to end this and allow the Greens to get back to holding this terrible Government to account!

  1. It’s been a great series so far. I hope they don’t end it with the traditional cliff-hanger though – it’d be better for the ratings to have a new villain in series two.

  2. Any list MP who chooses to leave her party or the vast majority loses trust in should automatically leave Parliament. Obviously, list MPs represent their parties not an electorate.

  3. It’s wonderful to watch this slow-motion train crash. I hope it serves as a reminder to voters as where this brand of politics always ends up.

  4. Fuck me there are a lot of juveniles on here wanking on about pronouns or what ever .You think you are mature enough to vote but the average 16 year old is way more mature and would actually focus on policy .Time for the so called adults to grow up .All Chloe needs to do is take Darleen out side and kick her up the backside with her DR MARTENS boot .
