International Day of Action for Palestine – 17 February Aotearoa joins in across the country

Palestine solidarity supporters will be marching with millions of others around the world tomorrow demanding Israel cease the wholesale slaughter of Palestinians as directed by the International Court of Justice.

It’s been a week when the New Zealand government has finally begun to criticise Israel after four months of refusal to condemn the killing of over 28,000 Palestinians – mainly women and children.

The marches are demanding our government:

  1. Condemn the Israeli slaughter and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians
  2. No attack on Rafah
  3. Reinstate funding for the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestinians
  4. Call for an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza
  5. Withdraw from the war on Yemen

Details of the protest events across the country are on our Facebook event page here (with the basic details below)

  1. I did not see on this website a single image of the bodies raped and mutilated by your terrorist friends. Why the double standards?

    • I don’t think Hamas want to surrender. They knew the October attack would cause such a reaction, which they were looking for to get worldwide attention. Stop and that attention goes away…

    • If Netanyahu didn’t help create and then heavily fund, Hamas, this may have never have happened. Too right I heart People. And please, don’t upset good pal Benjamin with ceasefire lingo…you know as well as anybody that genocide is the name of this game. Lots and lots and lots of I Heart People Tears for the two of you to enjoy, after all.

  2. Jesus Christ!
Only John Minto has the balls to show and tell it like it is while greedy, spineless, manipulative cowards here will rise to that atrocities defense.
Winston Peters? What do you think of the image above? You had a meeting with Israel’s Ambassador to New Zealand Ran Yaakoby. Are you going to ask him to explain the above image? Could you ask Israel’s Ambassador to New Zealand Ran Yaakoby to leave AO/NZ immediately on behalf of this Aotearoa / New Zealand citizen? That, is an official request.

    • Last time the AoNZ Govt got some balls (probably with Obamas permission) ,,, and called out just one example of Israels continued repetitive and never ending breaking of international law ,,,, the Israel recidivists had a full on hysterical hissy fit and accused New Zealand of declaring war on them

But then again if International law was policed and enforced against Israel it would have a similar effect as the Nuremberg trials did to the way the German state was allowed to operate ,,,,

,,,, some of them were hung for their evil deeds ,,,, now the Usa, the UK, Germany (again) gives out bombs and weapons,,, and everyone in the Coalition of the Killing pretends to be concerned ,,, while I ignoring evil mass murder war crimes “Pure evil” – Dr. Mads Gilbert on Israel’s attacks on Gaza’s hospitals ….

Luxon and Israel supporters dismissal and twisting of the ICJ’s interim Genocide warning is the equivalent of them viewing a woman being punched or choked to the ground and having her clothes torn off ,,, and them going there’s no rape taking place and the criminal code for rape has not been broken ,,, but we are bit concerned.

Nah ,,, Israel Supporters are so garbage they get off on child abuse ,,,,
