Escalation. The Palestinian resistance to land theft kill a couple of Israeli settlers. The IDF bulldoze homes in the occupied palestine and kill 200 Palestinians a year. The Palestinians jail break out of the Gaza Ghetto and kill 2000 Israelis. The military industrial complex provides enough bombs to kill 20,000 Palestinians. Now there are 200,000 Palestinians bereft of their family members looking for vengeance.
It does not matter whether its Biden, Trump, Obama, Bush. Israeli lobbying has been deeply entrenched in the US since ’48. The sooner people start looking at the President of the US as nothing more than a spokesperson and Israel as the US’ military arm within the Middle East the clearer it will become and the better. In my view Israel have forfeited its right to exist as a nation.
That right was always a tenuous right in any case, and simply accepted as received wisdom by the West due to collective and justified guilt over the holocaust.
I reality Israel’s right to nationhood has no more validity than the Welsh can claim for ethnically cleansing the UK of all those of non Celtic or non Britannic heritage and having the population of Wales relocate to London, forcibly displacing all current residents.
