Restrictions of movement: Palestinians in the Occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza are under relentless and extreme control over all travel and movement.
Settler Violence and Israeli Army complicity
Since 7 October, OCHA has recorded 318 settler attacks against Palestinians, resulting in Palestinian casualties (35 incidents), damage to Palestinian-owned property (241 incidents), or both casualties and damage to property (42 incidents). The weekly average of such incidents during this period stands at 39, compared with 21 incidents between 1 January and 6 October 2023. However, the number of incidents since 7 October has gradually declined, from 80 incidents in the first week (7-14 October) to 18 incidents in the last (27 November – 3 December). One-third of these incidents included firearms, with shootings and threats of shootings. In nearly half of all recorded incidents, Israeli forces were either accompanying or, reportedly, seen as supporting the attackers.
Gaza Strip
Armed Palestinian Resistance: Palestinian Resistance continued launching dozens of missiles towards the Green Line.
Air strikes: Heavy aerial bombardment on buildings, homes and many facilities.
Victims: Another 310 people in Gaza have been killed by Israeli forces, now raising the total to more than 17,487. Another 480 people have been wounded, bringing that number up to more than 46,480. Precise statistics are not available, due to the violence surrounding hospitals in the Gaza Strip.
Attacks: All over Gaza, there is heavy gunfire, tank and artillery shelling, as well as missiles fired from Israeli forces and military occupation, especially in Khan Yunis. The Israeli Navy continues to fire missiles targeting facilities and buildings along the shoreline of the whole of Gaza.
West Bank
Israeli Army attack: Ramallah – 03:05–06:15, Israeli Occupation forces, firing live ammunition and stun grenades, raided and patrolled Ramallah.
Israeli Army attack – 6 killed including 2 youngsters: Tubas – 07:30, Israeli forces , firing live ammunition and stun grenades, stormed into the al-Far’a refugee camp and invaded a home, killing six residents: Maher Abdullah Ahmed Jawabreh (aged 14), Imad Nihad Khaled Jawabreh (aged 18), Omar Bassem Mahmoud Sobh, Qasim Muhammad Mustafa Daraghmeh, Thaer Abdullah Shaheen and Baraa Musa Al-Amir.
Israeli Army attack – 6 wounded: Tulkarem – 16:40, the Israeli Army, firing live ammunition and stun grenades, stormed and patrolled Qaffin, wounding six people: Muhammad Ayman Rasmi Harsha, Muhammad Zaid Mustafa Sabah, Ahmed Abd Taameh, Laith Youssef Ahmed Harsha, Muhammad Akram Harsha and Waseem Suleiman Farah Jarani.
Israeli Army attack – 6 wounded including 2 youngsters: Bethlehem – evening, Israeli Army, firing live ammunition and stun grenades, stormed al-Khadr, wounding a child and another youngster as well as three adults: Abdullah Atta Suleiman Sobeih (age 15), Youssef Yassin Numan Shaheen (age 17), Moamen Ziyad Ahmed Saleh, Bassem Arif Muhammad Saleh and Sharif Ayman Ghaleb Saleh.
Death: Tulkarem – 10:30, Awad Tayeh Muhammad Anbar (aged 47) has now died from wounds sustained during an Israeli Army storming into Tulkarem and the Tulkarem refugee camp, at dawn on 14 November.
Home invasions: Jenin – 09:00, Israeli Occupation forces raided Araba and searched six homes.
Israeli Army land–seizure for settlement development: Jerusalem – Israeli Occupation forces issued an order, for the seizure of an area of Jaba village land for settlement development.
Israeli police and settlers’ mosque violation: Jerusalem – 08:00, settler militants, escorted by Israeli police, invaded the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and molested worshippers.
Israeli Army abduction: Nablus – 19:55, Israeli forces, in Huwara, abducted a 17-year-old youth: Obada Tariq Mahmoud Odeh.
Israeli Army assault with rubber-coated bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters: Hebron – 19:05, the Israeli Army fired rubber-coated bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters, towards people in Beit Ummar.
Israeli Army assault with rubber-coated bullets and stun grenades, 1 wounded: Hebron – 23:50, Israeli troops, firing rubber-coated bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters, raided and patrolled the al-Fawar refugee camp, wounding one person: Sari Mahmoud Abu Hashhash.
Occupation settler stoning: Ramallah – 14:50, Israelis, from the Halamish Occupation settlement, stoned passing vehicles at the nearby roundabout.
Occupation settler agricultural sabotage: Bethlehem – 11:35, Occupation settlers in the Khallet al-Nakhla area, near the village of Wadi Rahal, planted forest trees on local farmland.
Occupation settler home invasions – robbery, assaults and hospitalisations: Hebron – Israelis, from the Carmel, Ma‘on and Mitzpe Yair settlements, stormed into the Khallet al-Daba area east of Yatta, invading homes, assaulting residents and robbing them of their mobile phones. Three were injured and hospitalised.
