Judith Collins and Mark Mitchell: The Settler Police State is coming

The Settler Police State is coming.

In Judith Collins as the new Minister for the GCSB, SIS, Defence and Attorney-General we have an enormous amount off power for someone who has a long track record of basing power.

She is the most irresponsible appointment by Luxon which only highlights Luxon’s weakness as leader (something we’ve seen all week long as Seymour and Winston overshadowed him) .

No one as ruthless, dangerous and manipulative as Judith Collins should ever be allowed anywhere near the Intelligence Apparatus!

It’s like giving an arsonist a flame thrower and a subscription to Burn Porn! (do not google that!)

She is the most unsuited human being for that level of power and if ANYTHING keeps you up at night, it should be Judith Collins as the Minister for Spooks!

Remember when she blew Ian Lees-Galloway’s brains all over the TV3 studio by just outing his affair live on TV?

Remember when she outed a Journalist who asked her for a reference?

Remember when she destroyed Simon Bridges reputation with a shit encrusted me too harpoon?

Yeah, her – she’s now in charge of the spies, the Army and the legal arbiter of martial law and suspension of civil rights.

Add to her, former private mercenary Mark Mitchell as the Minister of Police and you have all the ingredients for a Settler Police State.

Andrew Little didn’t finish the merger details of the SIS and GCSB and all the parts for a Police State are sitting unchecked waiting for the next Minister, who just happens to be the fucking Bride of Chucky!

Remember when Judith’s pet, Cameron Slater, was involved with Mark Mitchell?

Least we forget, Mark was part of Simon Lusk’s and Cameron Slater’s attack plan to radicalise the National Party

Simon Lusk is a far right-wing apparatchik who runs a private, self-styled “candidates school” for potential National Party candidates. Amongst those National MPs linked to Lusk are Taupo MP Louise Upston, Maungakiekie MP Sam Lotu-Iiga, Napier MP Chris Tremain, Rodney MP Mark Mitchell and former list MP Aaron Gilmore. Disgraced Minister, Judith Collins, is also an  associate of  Simon Lusk.

The media reported that some National Party insiders were so concerned by Lusk’s activities  that they leaked documents to the media in 2012, and the following year. At least one senior Minister, Michael Woodhouse, discussed his growing unease with National’s president, Peter Goodfellow .

National Party insiders were terrified when they discovered that Lusk and Slater were planning a take over of the National Party using MPs like Mark Mitchell to create a new hard right Government that was going to do what?

What was so frightening about the plan they were undertaking?

No one ever found out.

Looks like we are about to.

Watch for how quickly draconian legislation aimed at da gangs immediately gets used against environmental protestors, Māori Rights Protesters and anyone protesting this Government in a way that angers ZB listeners.

I am expecting Mark to make a symbolic hanging of the current Police Commissioner to stamp his authority and implant some gung-ho dickhead to undermine all the good work Police have done and to attempt some stupid symbolic crackdown that will generate counter productive results.

Now who is in a position to manipulate that predictable counter productive result for the worst of our angels?

Increasingly having independent opinion in a mainstream media environment which mostly echo one another has become more important than ever, so if you value having an independent voice going into this pandemic and 2020 election – please donate here.

  1. Well at least there’s one thing we can always agree on Martyn: Bride of Chucky should NOT be anywhere near the levers of power.

  2. Well if conservative ministers of the police and judiciary will be tougher on crime and sentencing they’ve got my vote. We tried kindness that didn’t work.

    • You think they’ll go hard after electoral & rich people crime? Or just the crimes of poverty & mental illness.

    • It was not kindness but stupidity that caused problems for the last 6 years, there are too many bitter self-righteous people pretty much everywhere for true kindness to ever get a chance. I am not against punishment but when the most used punishment (prison) has been proven to make people worse then using more of it is destined to fail.
You do have a decent side going on your comments on some topics so it’s surprising that you haven’t worked out that politicians generally don’t have the answers to our problems.

    • Wow Jack I like the way you describe someone who, when describing their intellect, draws comparisons to ‘two short planks’ and another who basically has acid for blood, as ‘conservative’. There would literally thousands of people who are conservative but better human beings than these two.

  3. I wonder who voted for those creatures? Who, in the name of God, saw some value in voting for collins and mitchell? Are they those who live in Black-Roof house clusters you now see skirting townships. Are they alien space ships? Are mitchell and collins cluster flies? Isn’t it deeply fucking scary that people who voted for collins and mitchell share the air we breathe? Could we catch something off them!? Are they transmissible? They’re certainly a dis-ease. Basically they need to go. How can we wait for three more years to politely vote them the fuck out? Is it time for virtual gubbimint? We have an ap, we can monitor it daily, we have a weekly vote and change for the better happens immediately and without manipulative, profiteering prejudice.

  4. I would say look to christian nationalism & project 2025 for an example of what to expect here. When Uncle Sam leads the brainwashed will follow so don’t be expecting the MSM & political parties to have any useful answers.

  5. OMG, we’ll have a police force and some law and order! How about that! I know it’s hard to take when you’re righteous a leftie, but wait til your car gets hijacked or someone you know is murdered. You’ll quickly change your oh so righteous tune.

  6. The U.K Tories can advise Mitchell and Collins on how to be draconian on all forms of protest.

They are coming for many of us with their knives at the ready.

Tightening the screws on dissent ”

The PCSC Act trod a controversial path to parliament, including giving rise to the Kill the Bill movement. The government brought it in to give police greater powers against protests, but it was widely criticised by researchers, civil rights groups and protest groups as draconian and authoritarian.

One of its clauses legislated a new crime of ‘public nuisance’. However, the Act ambiguously worded what constituted a nuisance. The Network for Police Monitoring (Netpol) said in its summary of the bill that:

” It is not yet clear what any of the terms covered by the new public nuisance offence will mean for protesters.

However, it is public nuisance legislation that the courts used to convict and sentence Trowland and Decker. So we now have one example of what the offence means for protest – and how the courts will use it to defend the state and capitalism.
