The Editor doesn’t moderate this blog, 3 volunteers do, they are very lenient to provide you a free speech space but if it’s just deranged abuse or putting words in bloggers mouths to have a pointless argument, we don’t bother publishing.
EDITORS NOTE: – By the way, here’s a list of shit that will get your comment dumped. Sexist language, homophobic language, racist language, anti-muslim hate, transphobic language, Chemtrails, 9/11 truthers, Qanon lunacy, climate deniers, anti-fluoride fanatics, anti-vaxxer lunatics, 5G conspiracy theories, the virus is a bioweapon, some weird bullshit about the UN taking over the world and ANYONE that links to fucking infowar.
Should add to the editors note above that talking about aliens is OK though.
OOher how can we resist. It’s such a bargain, and brightly coloured toy – locks into our child brain.

You might not think you need a special plastic ‘finger toothbrush’ to clean your pet’s teeth, but once you’ve seen it, it’s hard to look away. Plus, it’s just 71 cents, with free shipping!
Quick, what are you waiting for? More than 283 other shoppers have this item in their online shopping carts – and there are just 10 hours, 19 minutes and 48 seconds before this offer expires. Add to cart, now!
This is the world of Temu, a colossal Chinese e-commerce site that sells everything from pet toothbrushes to guitar mini amps (and everything else you could possibly imagine, plus lots of things you’d never think of).
It’s not much different than Amazon and Etsy except they have free shipping and Meghan deals on right now. Free shipping is a big plus so I’ve topped up my hobby items today with Temu. I do all my discretionary shopping online and mostly import. NZ retail doesn’t have enough selection and the price is too high. Often I don’t have to pay get either. If China can make it cheaper, which they are very good at doing, I’m all in.
Hobbies give something positive to do Sinic, eh. Finding one’s own personal skills, which can surprise oneself. At present TDB is my main hobby, but I’m still working on personal skills of perception and practicality.
If you are a religion that has some concern about your image already, is this going to help it? You might be left feeling ‘with friends like this who needs enemies’; it seems that we are being lampooned, and are supposed to see it as only good and laudable and be uncritical!

Fact is stranger than fiction. Can we sue NZPost for poor behaviour of its duties.

Is there a way to put a barge-type structure under a house being inundated. Perhaps houses could be sawn into pieces as they would be if being shifted from one site to another. A wooden house could stand up to much and not be completely lost. It’s worth thinking about – has someone looked at this coolly and run models on a computer?
Labours Roger Douglas and David Langes love child, Act are pointing out Labours failures.

Martyn, I’d like to hear a column on feminism, ‘by which I shall know ye’.
So will the green party out of electorate voter bus hit the road again at this year’s election to travel the motu to cast multiple out-of-electorate votes!!
Same practice happens at uni’s as the student councils count the votes!
How to rig an election!

Speak of the devil. The Australian website Crikey has just launched an investigative series about the notorious lobbying firm Crosby Textor, or C/T as it now prefers to be called. It transpires that two clients of C/T’s American subsidiary will benefit greatly from the AUKUS defence pact between the US, the UK, and Australia:…
Chickens to be plucked are fattening in the South Pacific. NZ known for its clever bids kea, kakapo and kiwis – note that there are threee k’s – does that mean anything? Use the above as a distraction from thinking about being rorted by Crosby Textor? et al. Who is Al?

Many individuals who obviously can afford these toys. Find something that they can do as a team playing some enjoyable game. Start a new craze, a new Top Town game that will give fun and competition and travel within the motu. We are so negative in our responses. The patronising wealthy and individualistic selfish who don’t want to do anything for the young to get out and have exercise and enjoy.
