Chopped and sliced – NZ services provide many teats for the sucking from by thirsty overseas – usually – companies and I fear we will end up one giant corpse! Ngati Paoa iwi Trust has sold out the Ngati Paoa iwi by allowing a Settlement to progress through Parliament on the 16 December without notifying anyone that it has done so.
The Ngati Paoa iwi Trust is not a legitimate representative entity for Ngati Paoa and is not recognised as such by the MLC.
It cancelled an election earlier this year and a few people nominated themselves and then claimed to be trustees. On this basis they and the Crown have been working on this settlement Bill without the iwi having any knowledge of what was been done in their name. Koretake!
One of them is a Auckland Councilor Kerrin Leonie. She was one of the persons who elected her self. At the time, the iwi were not involved in the process and nor were they told about this until weeks later.
The Crown, Andrew Little continues to ignore this corruption and corrupt practice.
The Settlement was supposed to be part of an Omnibus Bill but they decided to make it a single individual Bill to sneak it through parliament before Xmas. Koretake!!
The iwi as a whole still have not been notified of any of this as I am writing this.
There is no Tikanga been shown or demonstrated by both the Crown, the Minister Andrew Little and his officials and more importantly the corrupt NPiTB and an Auckland Councilor! Koretake!
There has also been lodged today a Cross Claim with the Waitangi Tribunal for the iwi parties to the Pare Hauraki Collective Settlement and the Marutuahu Collective Settlement deed.
There is No Mana or Tikanga practiced, demonstrated in this Treaty Settlement process.
