    • And as prices go up for the buyer so the actual amount of GST paid as 15% of the price, goes up also. So that also is an inflation pusher.

  1. Speaking of the second coming of ….

Co-governance undermines the purpose of Acts of Parliament legislation and the purpose of the Acts Powers and Authorities for a Democratic Society by handing those Powers and Authorities to unelected groups of people. By doing so it circumvents any scrutiny by the public and any interested parties.
For example, Making decisions in a closed meeting becomes the norm, councils do that more and more these days. Or, appointing people or groups or organisations to do certain work(s) or projects without a proper budget or the allocation of those financial resources that have not been budgeted for.

The Hauraki Gulf Forum is a perfect example of this co governance bs.

A quazi board of six or seven councillors and the same number of Maori reps who are unelected. Who are in disagreement over the real purpose and function of the HGF? But, the co-leadership of Pippa Coom and a token Maori wahine are wanting to claim a mandate for the people of Auckland by getting Wellington, the Government to acknowledge them as a representative body for the Hauraki Gulf, Tikapa and 20 Coastal Regional Parks and Reserves that they are currently trying to steal off the ratepayers of Auckland by including those Parks and Reserves in the ‘scope’ or coverage and control by creating new Legislation for a new Hauraki Gulf Marine Act that also hands to them the Powers and Authorities for, Wildlife, Marine Traffic/Transport, Parks and Reserves Act, and other Act(s) carve-outs.
By doing this, they, a co-governance body will be able to control everything from on land, sea, and air, over and under the Hauraki Gulf and Tikapa/Firth of Thames.

And who orchestrated, and designed this coup detat of the Hauraki Gulf you may wonder?

A little portly guy whose full-time job for Auckland Councils eke Panuku, Paul Majurey! Yup! Him again. You know, the one I’ve been telling you all about for a while. The guy with many side hustles. Iwi treaty settlements, development gigs with a company called Ockham and lots of high court action for disputed land claims and with other developers, iwi and from Matakana in the north to Matakana in the south, with Tauranga iwi. If you control all the habours from Auckland meaning the Port(s) of Auckland, Manukau, Firth of Thames and Tauranga as well as the assets of 12 Hauraki iwi too from Mai Matakana ki Matakana and then have influence of a co-governance board for all of the Hauraki, BINGO!

The little ‘napoleon’ from Thames can crown himself the King of Tamaki Makaurau and the Hauraki and the little village of Thames.
Within three Treaty Settlements, the Pare Hauraki, Marutuaha and 12 individual Settlements, Majurey has scored big time! Assets and finances of all those iwi amount to a billion or two at a conservative estimate.

So, this is just one example of how one guy can play the game better than most people can imagine.

    Oh! And …. https://majureysmoves.wordpress.com/home/treaty-settlement-disruptor/

    Yes. Him again!
You have to wonder. Where is Paul Majurey getting finance from for the $850m-$1b of Housing Developments?
He can’t be using any of the Hauraki iwi assets in the Treaty Settlements that he negotiates, as those settlements are still not signed off by Parliament.
He can’t leverage or use it as collateral for finance can he?
Those outstanding Treaty Settlements are valued we’ll over $500m but probably more.
Where is the money coming from to fund his share of the Ockham Marutuahu partnership?

    https://majureysmoves.wordpress.com/home/something-fishy-ockham-marutuahu/

Oh! One more thing whilst I remember.

Majurey is the chairman of eke Panuku who also is a director or chair of 27 companies related to development, construction, Housing, iwi, finance and investment amongst other roles. His oversight is by Efeso Collins on behalf of Auckland Council.
With Majurey holding so many roles that are in conflict with most of the agenda items and matters that comes before the board, he spends most of his time out of the room when board meetings are held because of the conflicts of the many interests he has. It’s probably not worth having him as chairman or even involved with eke Panuku because of all of his conflicting interests??

    • I get a pain in my belly when I read things as above. I can’t believe that Labour isn’t crawling up to advantageous positions under the camouflage of Te Tiriti etc. They will give Maori enough rope to hang themselves I’m concerned to say. I wouldn’t say such a terrible thing, such a negative thing, but I can well believe it of Labour which seems to have left all principle behind. I don’t know who does the thinking for them but most are either patsies or following a clearly marked path.

Oranga Tamariki is an example. Pakeha can say this is Maori doing it to themselves, it proves that their much vaunted own culture is deficient.

    • The Tupuna Maunga Authority has been a divisive train wreck. It beggars belief they can get away with the destruction they have caused across Tamaki’s Maunga, but when you add on all other shit Majurey’s involved with, you have to wonder who’s enabling it.

  2. From memory, my idle comment on ‘The Standard’ yesterday, where I’m banned. Something like ‘hello to you Lprent and your ‘creature’. Oh I wish I was as pure as a rogernome in nineteen eighty four’.

Guess the ‘creature’? Despicable, the Left of the people’s tradition puts up with their shit. And Jacinda relies on them. No foundation.

I always try to go as Left as I can without ineffectuality.

Rogernomics carries on forever apparently despite our hatred and its complete disproval. It’s a physical insult to our heads.

Of course this is far too late for a response on this failed Left open mic, thanks to the fraudsters there.
