What this means is that we have nearly made it, and that we are straight towards the end of lockdown. However, this process could potentially still take some time, and even though things are slowly starting to open, it will still be months ahead where you have to be imaginative of how to make time fly by. Most people are dreading staying at home, but are actually presently surprised at how many things there is to do when staying inside. During this pandemic, we have certainly proven that we are a pretty imaginative bunch when it comes to innovating from home. Yes, it is important to stay safe indoors to protect ourselves and others – but that does not mean we can’t have a good time. Take care of yourself

First of all, it is important to take care of yourself both physically and mentally. A lot of people have been struggling with their mental health especially during the pandemic, because it has been a big change for all of us. Therefore, you should take care of your mental health. Taking care of your mental health and keeping busy is absolutely utmost at all times, but especially in times like these. Also, even though every day seem like the day before, you should still try to structure your day as best as possible. Staying in bed all day is therefore not the best idea, and you should try to have a schedule and wake up at the same time every even though you might not have a lot of plans. Following along the news is also a way to stay occupied and up-to-date. Secondly, it is important to take care of your body. This could be going for a long walk every day, or maybe go for a jog. You could also practice yoga or mindfulness every day as this will take care of both your mind and body.
