He said that the US was a “force for good” in the Middle East, adding: “Where America retreats, chaos follows.”
Excuse the florid lexicon, but this claim is utter CRAP.

Most countries have different types of prisons, but New Zealand has only one. Options such as open prisons for minimum security prisoners, employment training prisons, drug and alcohol therapeutic prisons and so on are possible.
