How to Play Live Three Card Poker

Live Three Card Poker is played with a standard 52 deck and features a great selection of betting options to choose from. Just like in Blackjack, the aim is to beat the dealer but with three cards! One of the main differences is hat the Straight comes with a better ranking than a Flush as a result of the many ways one can land specific three card combos. In the Ante/Play game, the player aims to beat the dealer’s hand.

First, you place an ante bet before you are dealt with three card poker hand face up. You can decide to place the Play bet which is similar to Ante bet or fold, whereby you lose your bet. The dealer reveals his cards once the Play bet has been placed. If the dealer has a hand of Queen or higher, the steady hand wins, and if not, the player wins the Ante bet and Play bet is returned.

Both the Ante and Play bets have an even payout (1 to1); while the two side bets feature more generous payouts. You receive an Ante bonus even if your hand loses whenever you get a Straight, Flush, Three of a Kind or Straight. The Pair plus optional bet offers payouts between 1:1 and 100:1 for any hand of the pair or better.

Additionally, both the player’s and the dealer’s cards are used to determine the results of the 6 Card Bonus side bet. You will receive a payout ranging between 7:1 up to 1000:1.
