4. God’s blood: the sickmaking and sycophantic coverage by the local media of his death and funeral has had me reaching for the “off” button with one hand, and a vomit bag with the other.

5. Evans’ cartoon as always sums it up perfectly but left out McCain’s decision to select Sarah Palin or whatever her name was as his preferred vice president-almost a criminal offense in itself .
