Event Cinema and Unite Union have agreed on the following joint statement.
Event Cinema and Unite Union are pleased to announce that the differences between us in negotiations on the collective agreement have been resolved.
The union and the company have reached a settlement which the union bargaining group is recommending to union members for adoption.
Both parties are pleased with the end result. We believe it will bring benefit for Event cinema workers in New Zealand over the proposed two-year term.
