I’m off to the AVL room in a few minutes to join the Appeal Court and argue for the right for me to have media interviews as guaranteed under section 14 of the NZ Bill of Rights Act ( Freedom of Expression ) . The Crown has dumped some late evidence on me . Also I have been allocated 3 of the worst Judges for my case . J Harrrison ( bottom of the 2013 Judges Survey rankings with the remark “no concern for justice” ) , and fellow low rankers J Randerson and J Cooper ( “facade of integrity” ). But you know what they say – “When the going gets tough , the tough get going” .
Wish me luck . In an environment where we still ban books , a win for me today would be important for New Zealand as well .

What you have stated actually bears no relationship whatsoever to the action Mr Taylor is pursuing. He’s asking for Corrections to honour the Bill of Rights, a bill they take great delight in denying to prisoners.
Your statement is just a list you have downloaded from someone else’s website. It’s not even your own work and it has nothing to do with denying prisoners’ rights.
But of course that is exactly how neo-liberal crackpots act so once again you stand revealed by your actions.

Surely Andrewo knows that Keys national government is the most pro-drug government we’ve ever had ????…… as long as the drug is Alcohol.
The drug Alcohol causes its own crime wave of serious crime like murder, rape, child abuse and assaults.
Many of Arthurs fellow inmates would be in prison for serious crimes committed while under the influence of this strong drug which the Nats support so much.
The nats are in cahoots with the roastbusters and booze pushers ……
There is a direct link between Alcohol fueled murders, rapes, child abuse and Nationals partnership of the booze industry.
They are behind far more crime and far more nasty crime than Arthur Taylor ………………. yet Andrewo supports them.

New Zealand rates somewhere with the South American countries in its treatment of prisoners, and is well in breach to the UN guidelines to which it is a signatory nation.
