  1. There is this growing animosity towards women in politics placing social needs above economic needs. With petrol prices near or above $3 doubling in the past thirty years the party is over and there’s no way the world goes back to cheap oil. The pie is shrinking and the homicidal bitching is rising.

  2. Polls are so subjective and depend on their ‘base’. It’s unbelievable that many take them so literally and even more inconceivable that the RW is still attracting voters! What does that tell us? Winston is riding high, at present, with his mishmash of misfits, many of whom won’t be able to climb out of their rabbit holes to even vote. All the rest of us can do is hope there are enough sensible, intelligent folk out there to vote for a better NZ. Surely that can’t be too difficult?

    1. Labour had 6 years in charge ,3 of them with unfettered control given them a once in a lifetime chance to show how good life could be .
In that period they had covid to deal with but these things is will crop up in parliamentary period . When it came to selling their 6 year control to the voters there was little to show and all they had to offer was GST off fruit and veg and inflation. Little wonder they LOST

      1. National has had nearly 3 years and they fucked up every one of them. Little wonder why they are a one term government.

      2. Remember that it’s Lord Trevor the Credulous of Moa Point speaking.

He lives in that fantasy world where you minimize a once in a century plague.

I live in the real world where my mother was recovering from cancer during Covid, so go fuck yourself in your fantasy world until you come back normal.
